The Business Operations (BizOps) team shapes strategy, drives cross-functional execution, and delivers insights that accelerate decision-making and impact. We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate (L3) to work across teams on high-priority initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with senior BizOps leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems, lead strategic projects, surface actionable insights, and build systems that help Zapier move faster and operate more effectively. We’re looking for a sharp, end-to-end problem solver who can shape your work to maximize impact, shift between strategy and execution, and drive meaningful progress across teams.
