Work Model:
Core Lab Ops: This role typically requires that the majority of the work be conducted on-site.
Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments to characterize aggregation of viral vector products using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and other biophysical techniques
Gain familiarity with AAV/protein aggregation literature and contribute to experimental design, execution, and data analysis
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and collate findings
Summarize findings and present results to project team members
Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, materials science, or another relevant field, with at least two years of study completed
Completion of coursework related to biochemistry, electrostatics, or light scattering are a plus
Prior laboratory research experience strongly preferred
Experience using pipettes and analytical balances, performing dilutions, and operating analytical instruments preferred
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
U.S. Hourly Wage Range:
$23.00-$30.00/hour. T he estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level.

The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. The range may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible for annual bonus and equity incentives. Actual individual pay is determined by demonstrated experience and internal equity alignment.
