We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team responsible for delivering products and technology that revolutionize the future of the property management industry. As a team lead, you'll work on the core platform, guiding your team to solve complex challenges using innovative technologies. You will coach and empower engineers to deliver innovative, scalable solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. You'll report to the VP of Engineering and work cross-functionally with product management, design, data science, and marketing to prioritize projects, manage the team, and be a valued decision-maker within the company.
