About the role: We are seeking a Change Management Program Manager to lead transformational initiatives at Samsara. This role is responsible for ensuring that system implementations, process redesigns, and AI-enabled tools are adopted effectively and sustainably — driving change within the Operations organization while also partnering on cross-functional initiatives that extend beyond Operations into other parts of the business. You will serve as both a change management leader and an end-to-end project manager — owning initiatives from scoping and planning through execution and adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires equal parts strategic thinking, structured program management, and hands-on execution. You will be expected to navigate organizational complexity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse teams and leadership levels. This is an embedded role within the Operations Innovation Intelligence group, working in close partnership with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Finance, Sales, and People teams — as well as cross-functional programs that involve stakeholders from across Samsara. This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. In this role, you will: Change Management Program Delivery Lead end-to-end change management for Operations initiatives and cross-functional programs — including system rollouts, process redesigns, organizational changes, and AI/automation deployments. Develop and execute change management strategies — including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, resistance management plans, and adoption metrics — scaled to the breadth and complexity of each initiative.
