The Role Vertice operates in a dynamic and high growth market. To stand out, we need sharp positioning, compelling narratives, and sales teams equipped with the very best insights and collateral. As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll define and lead the strategy that shapes how Vertice’s products are positioned in the market, adopted by customers, and scaled to drive revenue growth. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales, this is a highly visible leadership role at a pivotal stage of our growth. You’ll build and lead a team that champions our product story-internally and externally-and ensures our customers, prospects, and the market understand the full value of what we deliver. Responsibilities - Drive the development of materials that support the sales cycle. Creating killer collateral that distinguishes us from the competition and equips salespeople with the tools they need to achieve their revenue goals. - Own our competitor feature gap analysis, scoping out the latest development in the market as a whole as well as specific vendors we compete with, digesting and distributing this information across the business. - Support in building compelling product release campaigns, communicating the benefits of the platform to both existing and potential Vertice customers. - Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the scope of new features is aligned with customer requirements, market trends and correct technical messaging. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to communicate product features and launches to the market; with clear success criteria set to acquire new leads. - Creating product articles and release logs to educate our customers and internal stakeholders on our fast-paced innovation. Requirements - 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth Product roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies, including 2+ years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. - Skilled at working cross-functionally with executives and senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing. - Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complex products into clear, compelling narratives. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, wearing multiple hats, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
