The Role Outreach is seeking an Event Marketing Operations Associate to power the operational infrastructure behind our global event portfolio. This role will help scale and streamline the systems, processes, and financial operations that support more than 75+ annual programs, including third-party conferences, field marketing activations, and proprietary events. Working closely with the Director of Global Events, Marketing Operations, Finance, and cross-functional marketing teams, this role will ensure event programs run smoothly behind the scenes by managing procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, contract administration, marketing systems coordination, and project management infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and ensuring complex programs run efficiently at scale. Key Responsibilities
