What you will do - Own commercial analytics for the Teams product, including funnel performance, monetization metrics, and revenue outcomes. - Define and maintain Teams pricing, packaging, and conversion KPIs, ensuring consistency and executive-ready reporting. - Diagnose conversion drop-offs and growth drivers across the B2B funnel, translating insights into clear recommendations. - Partner with Product and GTM stakeholders to evaluate pricing experiments, onboarding changes, and sales motions. - Build scalable dashboards and analytical frameworks to support recurring business reviews and decision-making. Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a technical field. - 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in monetization, subscription - Experience designing or optimizing subscription models or paid feature strategies. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, revenue metrics, and feature adoption. - Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement system-level product changes. Preferred Qualifications - 3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, growth analytics, revenue operations analytics, or related roles in B2B SaaS / tech. - Strong proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools, with strong analytical modeling skills (cohort, funnel, segmentation). - Experience supporting pricing, packaging, monetization, or subscription revenue performance analytics. - Strong business judgment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage product environments. - Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and produce executive-ready insights.
