WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own and manage key ToC accounts in Japan, including retailers and platform partners - Lead commercial negotiations, annual planning, and contract execution with KA partners - Collaborate with Marketing, DTC, and Marketplace teams on channel-specific strategies - Monitor sales performance, inventory, and execution quality across KA channels - Contribute to building scalable and repeatable KA sales frameworks for Japan - Proven experience managing Key Accounts in consumer or retail-related industries SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR - Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Solid understanding of consumer sales channels and go-to-market strategies - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions - Experience working in fast-growing or cross-functional environments
