What You Will Do - Design, develop, and maintain scalable business-facing APIs to support Plaud Teams, Enterprise, and D2C initiatives. - Build modular, service-oriented backend components with clear domain boundaries and production ownership. - Collaborate closely with US Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Partner with China engineering teams through documented API contracts, code reviews, and structured technical discussions. - Ensure system reliability, performance, and security, leveraging AI coding tools to improve development efficiency and code quality. Minimum Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of speech algorithm training experience, with experience in fine-tuning and training SpeechLLM. - Experience processing hundreds of thousands of hours of speech data and training speech recognition models. - Familiar with SpeechLLM, speech SSL training, with from-scratch training experience for models similar to StepAudio, Qwen3omni, etc. Individual contributors responsible for model training within teams like the StepAudio speech group are preferred. - Papers in top speech conferences like Interspeech, ICASSP, or patents related to speech.
