What you will do We seek an AI Solution Architect to design and implement our next-generation internal systems — unifying automation, data intelligence, and compliance across all functions. - Architect and execute PLAUD AI’s enterprise-wide AI integration roadmap, connecting Finance, HR, Operations, and Product systems. - Design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making. - Lead data and systems integration, creating unified models for analytics, reporting, and automation. - Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases that drive measurable business outcomes. - Establish AI governance and best practices for responsible and efficient adoption across global teams. Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - Worked in global tech companies and tech startups for at least 5 years with relevant experiences. - High familarity with global tookstack such as Glean, Rippling, Deel, Workday, Atlassion, Jira, Confluence, Notion etc. - Engineering background with AI endeavours in recent years.
