Account Director

You will : Managing limited portfolio of very large clients independently Supporting campaigns through the whole lifecycle Ensuring client satisfaction and high retention Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for most of the clients Ensuring timely payments Negotiating business terms and doing upsell Pushing optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance Driving company-wide or local projects in account management Holding expertise in the team and being go-to person in all matters of client service Desired Experience: At least 7 years in account management, experience with large clients At least 7 years of experience in e-commerce or 3 years+ in retargeting Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations Experience in managing very large clients, including relationship building with director level or C-level Excellence in project management and stakeholder management Quality-first attitude, very high level of communication and presentation Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives plan, based on experience and increasing performance; An engaging role in a new fast-growth project; Full responsibility, high potential position with our business in Korea; Chance to be a part of a team that shapes the future of online marketing globally.
