Our team in Sweden consists of over ten people and plays a key role in our company’s growth across the Nordics. We combine strong local market expertise with the global vision of RTB House. While we follow a flexible hybrid working model, allowing team members to work remotely most of the time, we also value regular in-person collaboration. Our office is located in the heart of Stockholm, just around T-Centralen, where the team meets regularly to connect and exchange ideas.
At RTB House, the Account Management team is central to building lasting client partnerships and driving growth across the Nordic region. Collaborating closely with Sales and Technical Account Managers, they oversee all post-sale activities to ensure seamless campaign execution across e-commerce websites and mobile apps. Their work combines data-driven performance analysis, proactive strategy development, and regular client communication to achieve marketing goals, identify upselling opportunities, and deliver measurable success - all while fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment.

You Will:
Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the Nordic region;
Up- and cross-sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts;
Provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service;
Create retargeting strategies for different verticals;
Develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by RTB House and overall developments in the digital marketing domain;
Work closely with technical and sales teams within the company to ensure the superior performance of the campaigns.
Desired Experience:
Understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing;
3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role;
Self-motivated, positive individual with an achiever attitude;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities;
Full proficiency in English (C1 or above), Swedish is a plus.
