Office and Administrative Team Leader

You Will Be: Supervising office and managing office lease strategy; Planning administrative budgets, and efficient administrative cost management; Implementing processes and cost optimizations; Managing relationship with landlords, vendors and suppliers; Managing strategic office and administrative projects; Setting up team events and supervising organization of business trips; Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative policies and procedures; Supervising day-to-day operations of the Office Team members; Hiring, training, and being responsible for performance management for the Office Team members. Desired Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Administration - especially in the office management area of expertise; Leadership skills; Great customer focus and result orientation skills; Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; Attention to detail and accuracy; Intermediate level of English; Fluency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Asana.
