The role
The Reporting and Data Insights Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The role provides clear, actionable insights that strengthen financial discipline, enable profitable growth, and supports effective budgeting and long-term planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, Reporting Process Support
Own the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs for the Executive team and Board, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insight-driven commentary
Own and develop Group FPA data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that analyse Group performance against plan, prior periods, and market expectations, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare executive summaries and presentations that translate complex financial data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders
Support improvements in FPA tools, modeling templates, and internal reporting processes.
Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams to improve data quality across the Group, including consistency of data definitions, KPIs, and performance metrics across the Group
Own the forecasting and monthend cycles including timetable
Financial Modelling Analysis
Prepare PL and cash flow forecasts; including analysis of short and long-term liquidity impacts.
Provide analytical support for financial KPIs and performance trends.
Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights using advanced analytics, visualisation tools and commentary.
Analyse forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement in planning processes
PL, Balance Sheet Cash Flow Analysis
Support monthly and quarterly PL, balance sheet reviews, focusing on key movements and drivers.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting PL, operating, investing, and financing cash flows.
Monitor performance and delivery against approved cases, tracking variances, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing clear insights to support timely course correction.
Stakeholder Management Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leadership and business unit heads, providing financial insights that drive commercial decisions
Collaborate with finance business partners to drive best practice, challenge assumptions, and embed insight-led decision making
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
We expect you to have:
4–6+ years of experience in FPA.
Strong visualization, analytical capabilities and financial analytical skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently on complex calculations.
Solid understanding of PL, cash flow statements, balance sheet mechanics, and financial drivers.
Experience in board reporting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
High resilience, with the ability to maintain sound judgment and performance in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
