The role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager - IaaS to drive cross-team technical projects in IaaS products. You will work with product managers and engineering teams across compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and public APIs/tools to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end.
What you will do
Lead large cross-team IaaS projects from planning to delivery.
Break down project scope into phases, milestones, dependencies, and tasks.
Coordinate execution across multiple technical teams and keep everyone aligned.
Build and maintain project plans, document decisions, architecture context, and artifacts.
Run regular project syncs, track progress, identify blockers early, and drive mitigation.
Own timeline tracking and delivery forecasting; proactively highlight risks and trade-offs.
Support product managers with execution orchestration across several engineering teams.
Improve delivery transparency: status reporting, milestone, and clear next steps for stakeholders.
What we expect
Solid understanding of public cloud fundamentals and core IaaS principles.
Good technical awareness of cloud building blocks, including: virtualization (KVM/QEMU), Kubernetes, VPC, storage, API.
Strong project decomposition and execution management skills in technical environments.
Ability to run structured cross-functional ceremonies and keep technical teams synchronized.
Strong communication skills: concise status updates, risk communication, and stakeholder alignment.
Nice to have
Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/GPU platforms, or distributed systems projects.
Experience working with both product and engineering stakeholders in platform teams.
Familiarity with release planning and dependency/risk management across multiple streams.
Success in this role
Projects are delivered with clear stage gates, realistic timelines, and predictable execution.
Cross-team dependencies are visible early and resolved before they become blockers.
Product and engineering have a shared view of scope, progress, and delivery risks.
