Position Overview Anaqua is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our India Hiring. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to our talent acquisition goals. You’ll love this job if you like to: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal data • Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and interest • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Maintain consistent follow‑ups with shortlisted candidates until onboarding • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for open and future roles • Keep recruitment trackers updated and support with interview feedback follow‑up • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process What you’ll need to be successful: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field  1 + years of experience in hiring • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills • Hands‑on experience with sourcing and screening • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS tools is a plus • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accurate record Strong execution and follow‑up capabilities • High attention to detail and time‑management • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Anaqua is always on the lookout for talented people who feel that they can contribute to the team.
