We’re scaling rapidly and looking for passionate, data-driven builders to help us shape the future of work.</p> <p> </p> <p> As a Growth Product Manager at ClickUp, you’ll drive product-led growth initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities, run experiments, and deliver features that move the needle on key growth metrics.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong> Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth initiatives across the user journey (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, monetization).<br><br></li> <li>Analyze user data and conduct research to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.<br><br></li> <li>Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product funnels.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly.<br><br></li> <li>Partner with product, user research, analytics and data science to drive/measure impact and communicate results.<br><br></li> <li>Define and track key metrics, reporting on progress and learnings to stakeholders.<br><br></li> <li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product-led growth.<br><br></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>X+ years [whatever is applicable for IC5] of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.<br><br></li> <li>Proven track record of driving measurable growth through product changes and experimentation.<br><br></li> <li>Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.<br><br></li> <li>Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and onboarding, activation, and optimization.<br><br></li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li> <li>User-centric mindset with a passion for delivering delightful experiences.<br><br></li> <li>Bonus: Experience with PLG (product-led growth) strategies, onboarding flows, or monetization.<br>& ...
