Manager, AM&D BD, AV OEM Partnerships Department: Business Development Team: Business Development Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Uber’s Global Business Development team develops and manages strategic partnerships across the autonomous vehicle value chain for Uber's Mobility and Delivery business units. Candidates will need to understand intricacies and requirements stemming from agreements with AV software providers and OEMs. This particular role focuses on negotiating highly technical vehicle platform integrations. This role will require close collaboration with Uber’s Autonomous Mobility & Delivery Operations and Product teams, as well as many other cross functional stakeholders. Successful candidates will bring a dynamic combination of intellectual rigor and emotional awareness, maturity, an ability to think strategically and execute tactically, and strong interpersonal skills to maximize value in partnership negotiations and contracting. You enjoy building strategy and structure amid ambiguity, you enjoy operating independently while still remaining connected to your team and a broad set of internal partners. Executing complex and multifaceted long-term deals connected to the core of Uber’s business requires considered internal alignment; senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders will support your deal strategy and execution because they remain convinced your deals and deal structures are right for the business.
