As the lead for Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the country’s strategy and growth trajectory, leading high-impact initiatives, and acting as a key advisor to the Delivery leadership team. This challenge requires a sophisticated blend of structured problem-solving, data-backed decision making and execution, cross-functional leadership and project management. **What the Candidate Will Do** 1. **Strategic Advisory:** Serve as a strategic advisor to the Portugal Delivery leadership team on top-of-mind strategic initiatives, taking ownership of end-to-end problem statements, influencing critical stakeholders, and driving decisions at the highest levels of the organization. 2. **Planning & Governance:** Own & drive governance and planning initiatives for the Portugal Business, ensuring alignment with regional / global approaches and objectives & ensuring strong representation of the business in critical forums. 3. **Strategic Intelligence:** Own the localized intelligence roadmap for Portugal, leading the creation of executive-level dashboards and reporting. You will bridge the gap between market research and execution, driving actionable insights that shape our competitive positioning and long-term growth. 4. **Data-Driven Problem-Solving:** Apply structured problem-solving approaches & frameworks, enriched by robust data analysis to tackle new and ambiguous problem statements, while bringing in best practice from experts in other regions & functions 5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with local and regional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Policy, etc.) to design, launch, and execute cross-functional programs aimed at achieving critical business outcomes. 6. **Zero to One Initiatives:** Take top-of-mind strategic initiatives from zero to one, building them from the ground up and guiding them through to successful
