Our Analytics team at UpGuard supports all of our teams to extract key insights from the data that we collect. We extract data from multiple sources and build insightful dashboards that display key metrics and support leaders in decision-making. We also build integrations between systems to collect required data seamlessly. Why are we hiring for this role? We’re looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help drive the next stage of UpGuard’s growth. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, transforming complex manual workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions that streamline operations and unlock new efficiencies across the organisation. You’ll work closely with the Lead of AI & Automation (A3: Automation, AI & Analytics) and collaborate across teams to identify opportunities where automation and AI can deliver measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role with the chance to influence how our internal processes evolve as we scale, ensuring our technology keeps pace with our expanding operations and strategic ambitions.
