We’re seeing strong traction with mid-market and enterprise customers across consulting, media, financial services, and tech. To accelerate growth, we’re hiring a <strong>Growth & Campaign Operations Manager</strong> to help scale our performance marketing programs and support our AWS co-marketing partnership.</p> <p>This role is highly hands-on and analytical. You’ll be in the weeds running campaigns, managing budgets, setting up tracking, and executing lifecycle emails—while also ensuring our AWS partnership programs are fully supported and measurable. It’s a scrappy role with high visibility and a clear pathway to impact.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Campaign Operations: Execute campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and newsletters, with expansion into new channels like Reddit. Manage budgets, creative workflows, and reporting end-to-end.</li> <li>Lifecycle Marketing: Plan, edit, and execute lifecycle email campaigns in Braze and HubSpot; test and optimize flows to drive engagement and conversion.</li> <li>AWS Partnership Support: Help manage marketing activities tied to our AWS co-marketing partnership, including reporting, lead sharing, and MDF requests.</li> <li>Analytics & Tracking: Set up clean, reliable attribution systems; ensure campaign data flows seamlessly across platforms.</li> <li>Scrappy Execution: Roll up your sleeves to get campaigns live and optimized quickly, while keeping a sharp eye on ROI.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical mindset—you thrive on numbers, data, and optimization.</li> <li>Comfortable with campaign tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce), and quick to learn new systems.</li> <li>Resourceful and self-motivated - able to execute quickly with limi ...
