Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
Organize, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from a variety of different sources and identify data quality improvements
Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to develop and manage processes within the headcount tracking and management that aid in workforce forecasts with various stakeholders
Lead, evaluate, and manage all People related systems and tools in order to enable the team to work at optimal operational efficiency
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data to develop visually compelling and informative reports and dashboards
Execute current people analytics deliverables along with innovating for future efficiency
Supports other People related programs or ad hoc requests
What you need:
5+ years of experience supporting Data Analytics
Strong understanding of People data and the employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development etc.)
Experience in data visualization tools
Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and broader leadership team
Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Excels in problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking
Strong writer and verbal communicator to internal and external audiences, with proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity; you’ll need to define your own role at times and fill in gaps wherever needed
Bonus/Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in related HR disciplines (compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance)
Project Management certification
Proficient with Greenhouse, Tableau, and various People Systems
