Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 1 million developers using it. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support and enable the executive office for scale. You will work daily in-step with the CEO and Founder to anticipate and ship priorities quickly. This role is ideal for a high-agency, detailed, and quality driven operator that can meet and accelerate the Founder’s energy and manage the executive’s office. The work is fast-paced, highly visible and constantly evolving. This role is fully remote, based in Brazil, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.
