Slash is headquartered in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for someone deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem to lead growth with founders and venture-backed companies. What You'll Do: - Drive adoption of Slash among venture-backed startups and founders - Leverage your relationships with founders, operators, and startup communities - Build strong relationships across startup networks including accelerators, founder communities, and VC-backed operators - Represent Slash at startup events, founder gatherings, and venture ecosystem conferences - Work with founders to understand how they manage treasury, spend, and financial operations - Help shape financial infrastructure tailored to startup operators - Collaborate with VCs, operators, and founder communities to expand distribution Nice To Have: - Strong relationships with startup founders and operators - Experience working in or around venture-backed startups - Background in startups, venture capital, or startup infrastructure companies - Strong understanding of startup financial operations and growth challenges - Entrepreneurial and highly network-driven What’s in it for You: - Opportunity to own the startup vertical for a rapidly growing fintech platform - Competitive base salary plus performance incentives - Equity in Slash - Work with our team, on-site in our San Francisco office - Unlimited PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental coverage - Paid Lunches
