WHAT YOU'LL DO - Advanced Tax Filings: Take ownership of complex and specialty tax filings, translating complicated requirements into actionable operational processes. - Product Operations: Act as the bridge between our operations and our engineering team, finding ways to automate and streamline filing operations within the Numeral product. - Data & Analytics: Write SQL queries to extract insights, manipulate datasets, audit data pipelines, and ensure pinpoint accuracy. - AI-Assisted Work: Utilize tools like Claude Code to accelerate problem-solving, automate workflows, and increase your own operational efficiency. - Generalist Problem Solving: Jump into whatever is broken or unoptimized. You'll figure out the hard, unscalable stuff today so our software can do it automatically tomorrow. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an analytical, operations, data, or product-adjacent role. - Technical Chops: Strong SQL experience is a must. You are highly comfortable wrangling and making sense of complex data. - AI-Native: Ideally, you have experience with (or a strong desire to heavily utilize) Claude Code and other AI tooling to supercharge your output. - Scrappy Builder: You thrive in a high-autonomy, early-stage startup environment.
