If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and fluent in English… this opportunity might be a perfect fit! 👇 🧾 Position: Billing & Posting Specialist 📍 Location: REMOTE in Peru. ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, within 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST (Your shift will fall within this window — not a 12-hour shift.) 🗣 English Level: Advanced (9/10 – 10/10) Key Responsibilities: Bill primary and secondary claims within 24 hours of receipt Run EMR reports for accounting (A2C, Therabill, TheraOffice, Prompt, WEBPT preferred) Maintain and manage the Unbilled List Batch and submit claims through the clearinghouse Review, correct, and re-bill flagged denials Daily posting and balancing of payments (insurance and patient) Accurate data entry into the EMR system Cash posting **** Required Qualifications:**** More than 3 years of experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy billing Strong proficiency in payment posting Experience with PT-focused EMRs: TheraOffice, A2C/Clinic Controller, Therabill, Prompt, WEBPT Familiarity with Medicare and commercial insurance carriers (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, etc.) Understanding of plan structures (HMO vs. PPO) Exceptional accuracy, thoroughness, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a 3-person team Strong communication and organizational skills What We’re Looking For: ✔ High attention to detail ✔ Strong analytical mindset ✔ Excellent English communication ✔ Reliability and accountability ✔ Ability to work with minimal supervision 📩 Interested?
