What We’re Looking For: The FPA Senior Analyst, Summer 2026 role is tasked with executing strategic finance-related projects, including ROAS / Program Profitability Initiative, Internal KPI Strategy Development, Market Comps and Valuation Initiative, among others Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: ROAS / Program Profitability Lead the definition and implementation of processes to accurately measure Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and Program Profitability Prepare and present data-backed recommendations Develop forecasting templates Craft process implementation roadmap KPI Metric Development Partner with the Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) team to define and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting Help prepare reporting dashboards, reporting packages, and supporting analyses to streamline ongoing reporting Capital Markets Provide analytical support for Capital Structure initiatives, including financial valuation and modeling Support ad hoc credit risk evaluation asks Assist with lender and investor reporting asks Track, analyze, and report on relevant credit, equity, and education market trends Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to gather data and understand financial impacts Things That Should Be In Your Background: Minimum of 3 years of work experience; currently enrolled as a first year in a MBA program Graduated with B.A. / B.S.
