About the Team The Content Platform Tools team empowers Roku's growing content ecosystem by building the tools and infrastructure that enable partners to onboard, manage, and optimize their content at scale. We're transforming how content partners interact with The Roku Channel Premium Subscriptions, moving from manual, reactive operations to self-service automation that drives partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. About the Role We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale the TRC Partner Portal, a comprehensive self-service platform that will revolutionize how content partners manage their relationship with Roku. You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for a portal that addresses critical operational pain points, enables partners to independently manage content submission and issue resolution, and scales operations to support significant partner growth. You'll be the voice of the partner inside Roku, ensuring every feature decision is grounded in partner needs, and that the portal becomes an indispensable tool partners love to use. This role sits at the intersection of partner experience, operational efficiency, and platform scalability. You'll work closely with Content Partner Managers, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and external partners to deliver a world-class portal that empowers partners across VOD, FAST/Linear, and Live content. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $176,163 - $216,750 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What You'll Be Doing Own the end-to-end product strategy for the TRC Partner Portal, defining vision and roadmap from foundational capabilities through full self-service maturity Champion partner success by establishing feedback loops, conducting regular partner research, building comprehensive enablement resources, and ensuring the portal delivers measurable improvements in partner satisfaction and operational efficiency Drive partner-centric product development by conducting deep research to understand pain points and designing intuitive self-service tools for content management, analytics, and operations Ship iteratively through phased releases, starting with core transparency features (title tracking, issue reporting, performance dashboards) and scaling to advanced capabilities (content editing, contract management, automated workflows) Lead cross-functional execution across Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Product Marketing to deliver seamless integrations and drive portal adoption Define success and optimize continuously by establishing key performance indicators, monitoring portal health, and using data to improve workflows and partner satisfaction We're Excited If You Have 8+ years of Product Management experience building B2B platforms, partner portals, developer tools, or content man ...
