Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on:
Driving partner app store campaigns end-to-end, including coordinating copy and creative development, publishing content across partner platforms, and pulling together post-campaign performance analysis
Briefing and project managing creative asset development with freelance designers across campaign and ad hoc requests
Supporting the planning and delivery of external stakeholder summits by bringing together the right resources, insights, and cross-functional input from across Canva
Owning partnership campaign calendars across platforms and markets to keep programs aligned, visible, and running smoothly
Assessing partner early access and beta programs to identify the highest-impact opportunities and balance them against competing priorities
Collaborating closely with partner stakeholders on editorial features and ensuring all assets go through review and approval processes
Building strong relationships with internal and external partners to help unlock new growth opportunities and improve execution over time
You're probably a match if
You have experience in partnerships, business development, campaign management, and/or relationship management
You’ve supported growth, acquisition, or go-to-market initiatives, with mobile growth experience a big plus
You’re highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines at once
You’re a strong communicator who can build trust and keep projects moving across cross-functional teams
You’re analytical and curious, with the ability to turn campaign results and partner opportunities into clear recommendations
You’re proactive, adaptable, and energised by working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve
About the team
The Platform Partnerships team was created to centralise, streamline, and prioritise Canva’s many partnership touchpoints across the business. By making the most of our platform partners’ resources, communities, distribution channels, and influence, we help Canva grow its reach, strengthen its brand, and set itself up for long-term success. We bring a bird’s-eye view to partner engagement across Canva, helping teams understand where we’re investing, why certain opportunities matter most, and what impact we’re seeing. Just as importantly, we help share learnings, celebrate wins, and create more aligned ways of working across the business.
