Why are we hiring for this role? We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our SVP Global Sales and VP Customer Success. This role is focused on increasing the effectiveness of our global revenue leadership team by reducing operational overhead, improving prioritization, and ensuring strong follow-through across key initiatives. You’ll work at the center of Sales and Customer Success leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders across the US, Australia, and other global teams. Because this role supports a global team with peak collaboration across these regions, preferred working hours are 10 am–7 pm or 11 am–8 pm (local time). This schedule enables high-impact collaboration and ensures we keep critical work moving in our fast-paced, high-growth environment.
