The Role We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly technical, and driven Lead QA Engineer to join our Services Tooling team. As part of an engineering team embedded within our Services business, you will help build and scale the internal platforms that power our global implementation consultants, including complex configuration and data migration tools. As the founding QA engineer, you will define and build the QA strategy from scratch. You will develop automation frameworks to ensure GxP-compliant test evidence and traceability, while selecting tools, designing architecture, and setting quality standards. You will also lead innovation in AI-driven testing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys solving complex data, cloud, and architectural challenges.
