Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer across insights, marketing, and product teams.

The current/traditional research methods companies rely on are slow, expensive, and superficial. Running great research also requires expertise which is a blocker to many companies. That directly affects how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them.

THE ROLE
This is not a traditional marketing internship. As a Go-to-Market Engineer Intern, you sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You'll build the systems, automations, and infrastructure that make our GTM machine run: marketing ops, CRM workflows, data pipelines, attribution, and AI-powered growth experiments.
If you're the kind of person who automates everything, thinks in systems, and gets annoyed when things aren't measured properly, this is your role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Build GTM infrastructure. Set up and optimize workflows across our marketing and sales stack (HubSpot, Clay, analytics tools). Make the pipes work and make them fast.
2. Own data and attribution. Help build and maintain attribution models, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboards so we know exactly what's working and what's not.
3. Automate everything possible. Identify manual processes across GTM and build automations that eliminate them. Sequences, lead routing, enrichment, scoring: if it can be automated, you'll automate it.
4. Run growth experiments. Design and execute systematic tests across channels, audiences, and messaging. Bring a data-first mindset to every experiment.
5. Work with AI tools. Use LLMs and AI-powered tools to scale content personalization, lead research, outbound sequences, and competitive intelligence.
6. Support paid and organic channels. Help manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, G2) with clean measurement and ruthless focus on pipeline impact.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiables:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Technical aptitude: you're comfortable with spreadsheets, basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL), APIs, and learning new tools fast
- Data-driven mindset. You think in metrics, funnels, and conversion rates.
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- High agency. You identify problems and fix them without waiting for permission.
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay)
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS, landing page builders)
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools
- Interest in AI/ML and how it applies to marketing and sales
