Senior Strategy and Operations Manager Department: Operations Team: Regional Operations Location: Chicago, United States Type: Full-Time The Uber AI Solutions team is looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager to join our US&C Supply Operations team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of Uber AI Solutions and expanding our network and footprint on the ground in University Ambassador events, and community outreach projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing processes, projects, communications, and experiments, all driven by a deep analytical understanding of our business. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across various territories and lines of business. Determine how Uber AI Solutions attracts, acquires, and develops skilled gig workers at scale through technology, automation, and process optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the new line of business at Uber. Basic Qualifications 1\. 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, analytics 2\. Experience and industry background from data annotation, data labelling, recruitment or sourcing 3\. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in SQL, G suite tools, and Uber internal tools like Bloc, Flow, automations and the ability to generate insights from data to drive decision-making 4\.
