About the Role We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for growing business within strategic enterprise accounts in the Indonesia and wider Bahasa-speaking markets. The Enterprise Account Executive, Growth role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will work closely with our broader ASEAN team to deepen our footprint with key customers and prospects across Indonesia and other Bahasa-speaking segments, driving strategic, high-impact deals. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore for our hybrid working model (3 days per week in office). What You Will Be Doing Proactively identify, qualify, and close a healthy, predictable sales pipeline across Indonesia and Bahasa-speaking markets within ASEAN Strategically prospect into CTOs, CIOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users, tailoring your value proposition to the needs of Bahasa-speaking stakeholders Build strong and effective relationships with executive sponsors and operational teams, resulting in multi-year growth opportunities and expanded footprint Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to drive successful adoption and long-term value for customers Collaborate with our enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners in Indonesia and ASEAN to maximize deal sizes and expand MongoDB’s presence in the region Accurately forecast and manage your territory, ensuring timely and transparent communication of risks and opportunities Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs What You Bring to the Table 8+ years of field, quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, with a focus on expanding new and existing enterprise accounts Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and sell into new lines of business within open accounts A proven track record of consistent overachievement and hitting or exceeding sales targets Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology to both technical and non-technical audiences Skilled in building business champions and developing strong executive sponsorship Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Experience selling in or into Indonesia or other Bahasa-speaking markets; strong understanding of local business culture is a plus Ability to attend the Singapore office 3 days per week and travel regularly within the region as needed Driven and competitive; possess a strong desire to be successful and to build a long-term career in enterprise software sales Previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is highly preferred Familiarity with databases, developer tooling, cloud, and open-source technology is a plus Why Join Now MongoDB invests significantly above the industry average in the development of each of our new hires and in continuous career development Attractive compensation structure including accelerators up to 30% for overachievement Best-in-class sales training in MEDDIC and Command of the Message, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamps and ongoing development programs New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee ...
