With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business for the Nordics regionAttract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and growDrive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goalsCoach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvementDevelop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the teamActively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditionsRequirements5+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in Mid-MarketAbility to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiativesDemonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI's, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as neededAnalytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision makingAbility to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashionFully proficient in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and EnglishTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
