ROLE We are looking for a Tech Lead iOS Engineer to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our iOS application, impacting millions of users worldwide. You will play a key role in shaping the product, mentoring engineers, and ensuring excellence in both delivery and engineering practices. You will be responsible for: - Lead iOS technical strategy and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Drive end-to-end delivery of complex features with a strong focus on impact and quality. - Mentor iOS engineers and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical decisions with product and business goals. - Own code quality and engineering standards, improving best practices and processes. - Make high-impact technical decisions, balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability. - Use data and user feedback to inform product and technical improvements. - Drive innovation in the iOS stack (Swift, SwiftUI) and adopt modern tools, including AI-assisted development. - Ensure reliability and performance at scale, with a strong focus on user experience. You’ll work alongside AI tools that amplify your creativity and streamline your day-to-day. OUR STACK - iOS: Swift, Combine, SwiftUI, SPM, Swift Concurrency, MVVM - Ops: Github. - Android: Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, Room, gRPC. - Backend: Go, Node.js (NestJS, Nx, Typescript). - Database: Spanner, PostgreSQL, Redis. - Infrastructure: GCP, GKE, Firebase. - Data: Amplitude, Tableau.
