Founding Growth Confido is the AI infrastructure powering CPG brands from deduction to production plan. We unify cash application, deductions, disputes, trade promotion management, forecasting, demand planning, and analytics in one integrated platform. The result: measurable time savings, smarter top- and bottom-line decisions, and the speed to scale. Confido is trusted by 200+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue, including OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, Tropicana, and more. We’ve achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork Ventures and Y Combinator to accelerate our momentum. Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales. We have best-in-class growth (5x YoY), efficiency, and we’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, events, email campaigns, and digital content - Develop high-quality content that educates and resonates with our audience, from newsletters and video tutorials of Confido’s platform to in-depth product announcements - Maintain and continuously optimize Confido’s website to support new feature releases, enhance user experience, and drive qualified inbound leads - Make data-driven decisions about priority areas of investment and strategies for growth - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 3+ years of experience in early stage marketing / growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing - Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personas - Excited to learn about our customers and understand their problems - Analytical, data-driven, and can adapt to market feedback - Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week WHY YOU MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD FIT: - You're looking for a vacation from your current role (we promise that you won't be working on work that doesn't matter, but the reality is we're growing fast and lean, and there's a lot to do!) - You want to focus exclusively on strategy rather than execution WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - $150k to $190k Base Salary - .1% to .2% Equity - Paid Relocation - Fully paid healthcare - Based full-time in our NYC office Confido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
