We’re looking for an Operations & Enablement Specialist to support leadership, programs, performance processes, and onboarding. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll coordinate schedules, programs, communication, and execution across multiple teams—keeping operations running smoothly and creating an exceptional experience for internal teams and new staff. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with people, and love making things run efficiently… this role is for you. 🎯 What You’ll Do ✨ Operational & Leadership Support Coordinate calendars, priorities, reminders, and follow-ups. Support leaders and coaches with logistics and execution. Keep action items organized and on track. ✨ Onboarding Support Manage onboarding schedules, communications, and materials. Track progress in Monday.com and ensure new hires feel supported. Deliver a smooth, consistent onboarding experience. ✨ Program & Project Coordination Support trainings, workshops, webinars, and ongoing programs. Manage timelines, tasks, and follow-up items. Spot risks before they become issues. ✨ Communication & Service Communicate professionally across phone, email, and video. Provide updates, reminders, schedules, and next steps. Offer a high‑touch, organized experience to internal teams. ✨ Reporting & Tools Keep Monday.com & Excel clean and accurate. Build simple trackers, dashboards, and reports. Use technology & AI to streamline work and improve efficiency. ✨ Recruiting Operations (Support Only) Maintain pipeline updates and records. Assist with scheduling and coordination. Ensure recruiting operations stay organized and visible. 🧩 Who You Are English level C1 – strong verbal & written communication. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and great at follow‑through. Confident communicator, especially over the phone. Comfortable supporting leadership and multiple teams. Skilled in Excel and project management platforms like Monday.com.
