THE ROLE 🥳 We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing in-house legal team and support the business as we scale globally. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, People and leadership to provide practical, commercially focused legal support that enables deal momentum, manages risk effectively and supports confident decision making. This role suits someone who enjoys working at pace, collaborating across teams and contributing to the continued development of a modern, high-impact legal function in a high-growth AI company. YOUR IMPACT 💥 - Negotiate and review customer agreements including enterprise SaaS MSAs, DPAs, renewals and upsells - Support enterprise deal velocity by providing fast, pragmatic and risk-aware legal guidance - Assist with privacy, data protection and security matters across customers and vendors - Contribute to the management of sub-processor contracting and compliance requirements - Help develop and refine legal playbooks, templates and scalable processes - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, People and leadership teams - Participate in customer legal discussions where required - Support the legal team in reducing reliance on external counsel WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🧠 - Approximately 4 to 8 years PQE from a strong commercial law firm and or in-house environment - Hands-on experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements including MSAs and DPAs - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities - Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance speed with appropriate risk management - Confident communicator who can influence non-legal stakeholders - High ownership mindset and willingness to contribute to team outcomes Nice to have - Experience supporting global customers, cross-border operations or international data flows - Solid understanding of privacy and data protection frameworks such as GDPR-style regimes - Background in high-growth technology or SaaS businesses If you are excited by the opportunity to grow your impact within a collaborative legal team and help scale a category-defining AI company, we would love to hear from you.
