Job Title: Regional Sales Representative Job Type: Part-time / Contingent Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (maximum) Location: Territory-based / In-person Compensation: $28-$33 per hour + performance-based commissions Reimbursement: Mileage and approved business expenses Job Summary: Recora's mission is to empower everyone to live a long, full and optimal life. We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Regional Sales Representative to develop and advance a regional pipeline within an assigned territory, calling on potential clients. Territories will typically align with the representative’s existing regional relationships. This is a individual-contributor, relationship-driven sales role focused on complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers. This role does not include management of staff or responsibility for company-wide go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B sales, has professional healthcare relationships, is confident engaging owners and leadership teams, and is comfortable advancing opportunities toward defined next steps and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients within assigned territory Build trusted relationships with healthcare business owners, executives, and operational leaders Schedule and lead in-person presentations and educational meetings Clearly communicate value and business impact Conduct consistent, strategic follow-up Move territory opportunities from introduction through close Secure clear next steps, timelines, and progress toward commercial agreements Qualifications: Candidates ideally have: Proven B2B sales experience in a complex sales environment Demonstrated experience managing multi-touch sales cycles Comfort presenting to business owners and executive leadership Strong communication and closing skills Established professional relationships within their regional market that can be leveraged Ideal Candidate Profile Confident, outgoing, and professional Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers Self-directed and disciplined in a part-time structure Organized and capable of managing multiple active opportunities Motivated by results and commission-based upside Strong relationship builder who can earn trust quickly Why This Opportunity This role offers flexibility, meaningful sales responsibility, and commission upside for professionals who want to contribute at a high level without committing to a full-time structure.
