As an Engineering Sourcer (Contract), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to learn, move, and adapt quickly, and remains laser focused on both quality and strong results.You WillEffectively identify and attract Software Engineering candidatesSource a large pipeline of high quality candidates across evergreen or high priority rolesEngage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mindPartner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profilesPartner closely with cross-functional team members to land successful Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve Zip's recruiting processesQualifications1+ years experience of engineering sourcing experienceAbility to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadershipFantastic written and verbal communication skillsHave a strong sense of ownership and strive for excellence in everything you doPride yourself in being incredibly proactive and moving fastDetail-oriented and organized, extremely proactive, and comfortable managing multiple reqs or competing priorities at a timeProven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadershipNice to HavesExperience in a fast paced startup environmentPrevious full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience negotiating compensation, working with startup equity and ambiguity
