Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.</p> <p>The Robinhood RIA Custody team’s mission is to redefine the advisor experience by bringing the best of Robinhood’s technology, design, and infrastructure to the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space. On the heels of our TradePMR acquisition, we’re building a modern custody platform that empowers advisors with intuitive tools, real-time insights, and scalable infrastructure—helping them better serve their clients and grow their businesses.</p> <p>As a Product Manager on the RIA Custody team, you’ll be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for Robinhood’s RIA custody platform. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to build an end-to-end experience that combines institutional-grade functionality with Robinhood’s hallmark simplicity and innovation. You’ll work across teams to deliver seamless integrations, custody solutions, and advisor tools that transform how modern RIAs operate and how end clients interact with their investments. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Define the vision and roadmap for Robinhood’s RIA Custody platform, building a modern, scalable foundation for advisors and their clients</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to ship custody, clearing, and advisor tools end-to-end — from concept to production</li> <li>Lead integration efforts following the TradePMR acquisition, aligning systems and experiences under a unified Robinhood platform</li> <li>Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to embed regulatory and operational requirements directly into product design and workflows</li> <li>Prioritize features and platform capabilities based on advisor feedback, data-driven insights, and strategic business goals</li> <li>Drive go-to-market execution across product launches, advisor onboarding, support readiness, and cross-functional communication</li> <li>Establish clear metrics for platform adoption, advisor engagement, and operational performance — and use these to guide roadmap decisions</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends in wealth management, custody technology, and fintech infrastru ...
