We are seeking driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities – a self-starter who can work independently but who is also a good team-player. This individual will need to be able to pick things up quickly and be able to meet deadlines with multiple tasks.</p> <p data-start="1245" data-end="1626">As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will support core accounting operations while helping build and perform reconciliation processes for new and existing products, including crypto-native offerings. You will play a hands-on role in the monthly close, financial analysis, audit support, and accounting research while partnering with other teams to improve processes and data flow!</p> <p data-start="1628" data-end="1964"><strong>This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.</strong><br><br data-start="1735" data-end="1738">At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.</p> <h2 data-start="1966" data-end="1986">What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Build and perform crypto-native reconciliation processes for new products using data sourced from internal ledgers</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Assist with compiling year-end external audit requests</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Research important accounting issues and apply best practices in accordance with accounting standards</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Assist with ad hoc research, cleanup, and reporting projects</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Work with various departments to streamline data flow and accounting processes</li> <li data-start="1989" data-end="2105">Assist with system automation projects as needed</li> </ul> <h2 data-start=&q ...
