This role will allow you to work closely with our outsourced vendor team and act as the voice of Reddit’s SMB advertiser base for our internal teams and cross-functional partners. The leader we’re looking for has experience building out a scalable SMB sales program and can effectively motivate outsourced teams of sellers to succeed. You would be a key pillar to Reddit’s business strategy as we forge new partnerships with regional brands across EMEA.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The role will be based in Lisbon, working onsite with our vendor partner. </strong></span></p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own revenue growth and quota attainment for the EMEA SMB sales channel, optimizing for ROI (Revenue/Opex)</li> <li>Develop and execute scalable sales programs in partnership with outsourced teams</li> <li>Mentor and support vendor sales leadership to achieve quarterly performance targets</li> <li>Manage Opex budgets and make investment decisions that drive efficient growth</li> <li>Lead process and workflow optimization efforts to enhance productivity and advertiser satisfaction.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams to design and execute end-to-end sales programs.</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing on funnel strategies, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization</li> <li>Run regular pipeline and performance reviews with outsourced partner leadership to ensure alignment and accountability</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in Sales, Program Management, or Sales Leadership roles</li> <li>5+ years leading outsourced or partner-based sales operations, preferably in an SMB environment</li> <li>Proven track record of building and scaling outsourced sales teams from the ground up</li> <li>Experience selling into the SMB segment, with a history of exceeding revenue goals</li> <li>Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with experience building and using dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau) to drive performance</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution</li> <li>BA/BS degree or equival ...
