This team manages the flow of information across Reddit, cross-functionally unifying our strategy and creating signal in a global, high-growth company.</p> <p>We are eager to add an exceptional Internal Communications Senior Manager to our ranks. As an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, this individual will be a dedicated business partner to Reddit’s EVP of Advertising Sales and the Global Sales Organization (GSO). This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead internal communications strategy and execution for one of the company’s largest and most dynamic business functions. This individual should multiply productivity for the Global Sales Organization, bringing Reddit’s Internal Communications pillars to life:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Inspire: </strong>Build belief in Reddit’s mission, opportunity, and unique company culture</li> <li><strong>Align:</strong> Deepen understanding of our strategy, goals, and priorities</li> <li><strong>Improve: </strong>Strengthen quality and speed of execution against Reddit’s most critical opportunities</li> </ul> <p><em>This role is required to work from our New York City office three days a week.</em></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Communications Strategy Development: </strong>Build a results-driven strategy and an engaging ecosystem of communications programs that positively impact the belief and behavior of GSO employees.</li> <li><strong>Narrative Development:</strong> Translate strategic revenue priorities and performance data into engaging and actionable narratives that get etched into memory like viral jingles.</li> <li><strong>Content Development:</strong> Develop compelling content formats to share go-to-market priorities, transformation initiatives, and executive communications.</li> <li><strong>Event Design & Facilitation:</strong> Design and execute tentpole, organization-wide communication moments like All Hands meetings, AMAs, and more.</li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Develop airtight communications plans that result in effective change absorption, business continuity, and revenue growth</li> <li><strong>Culture-Building: </strong>Amass and guide an ...
