If you have multi-state payroll experience, strong benefits knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, this is your opportunity to not only deliver excellence today, but also grow into tomorrow’s Payroll & Benefits Leader within Eventure. **Responsabilities: ** • Payroll Accurately process multi-state payrolls across diverse industries and jurisdictions. • Handle complex pay rules: FLSA overtime, shift differentials, piece rates, certified payroll, bonuses, and special calculations. • Reconcile payrolls, verify compliance, and support tax filings. • Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations. • Prepare and file ACA reports, 401k audits, W-2/1095-Cs, and other year-end filings. • Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations) to manage data and identify improvements. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
