RECRUITER - US HEALTHCARE Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM COL Work Modality: On site - Colombia (Medellin, Barranquilla, Manizales, Viterbo, Pereira, Cali, Ibagué, Bucaramanga. Bogotá o Armenia) Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview caregivers through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with agency values to attract and retain high-quality caregivers. • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and verification of professional credentials. • Coordinate caregiver onboarding, orientations, skills assessments, and ensure compliance with state and AHCA requirements. • Maintain accurate caregiver personnel files, tracking certifications, training, CEUs, and compliance documentation. • Provide ongoing HR and administrative support, including system updates, scheduling coordination, performance management assistance, and employee engagement initiatives. Skills and qualifications: • Minimum two years of experience in HR, recruiting, or healthcare staffing, preferably in home care. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ATS software. • English proficiency at B2+ or higher.
