SR FINANCIAL SPECIALIST

This role manages client relationships, executes financial and operational strategies, and ensures end-to-end outcomes across assigned accounts. It serves as the primary owner of client success, operating independently, anticipating needs, and delivering high-quality work with strong analytical and financial skills. Responsibilities: • Independently manage assigned client accounts. • Own client outcomes and satisfaction. • Execute operational and financial strategies with precision. • Anticipate client needs and develop proactive solutions. • Manage multiple workstreams without delays. • Delegate tasks to Level 1 team members and ensure completion. • Communicate status, updates, risks, and blockers consistently. • Escalate risks early using sound judgment. • Protect client and company financials from errors. • Build systems, processes, and strategies for improvement. • Use spreadsheets extensively for budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling. • Support CFO-type work and financial analysis as needed. Skills and Experience: • 3–5 years relevant experience. • Experience working with U.S.-based companies is mandatory. • Strong financial knowledge. • Comfortable with one-on-one client communication. • Experience with financial tasks, accounting basics, spreadsheets, and budgeting. • Problem-solving skills and ability to build scalable processes. • Generalist mindset and adaptability across different work types. • Strong decision-making balancing speed and accuracy. • Detail-oriented with critical thinking and analytical skills. • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization. • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Clear, calm, and consistent communication. • Proactive ownership mindset. • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency. • Fast learner and adaptable. • Effective collaboration with internal team members. • Leadership experience preferred but not required. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
