You will be the guiding force behind many of the decisions made at the highest levels of the organization by analyzing business performance and adding strategic value to business partners by providing actionable insights with a focus on driving financial health for the company. </p> <p><strong>What You'll Learn: </strong></p> <p>As the Technology FP&A Senior Manager you will have financial and strategic oversight for managing and optimizing resource investments for the entire Engineering teams at Reddit. This is a critical role that will be delivering key financial insights to business leaders, including the CTO and CFO. You will learn everything and anything about what drives Reddit from a financial perspective. You will work side by side with a world-class org of Technology, Product, and Business practitioners who work together to help Reddit achieve its mission.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide end-to-end FP&A support for senior leaders across the Infrastructure and Engineering organizations </li> <li>Partner with key stakeholders to plan, forecast, and manage Opex, enabling informed prioritization decisions </li> <li>Develop and maintain long-range hiring plans that align with Reddit's organizational strategy </li> <li>Map engineering roadmaps to resourcing plans, ensuring headcount requests are supported by a clear business case and tied to measurable deliverables </li> <li>Collaborate with the Developer Productivity function to assess productivity metrics, track trends, and evaluate how investment drives engineering velocity </li> <li>Identify and execute initiatives that improve, automate, and scale FP&amp ...
