This role will be a key strategic partner to cross-functional teams helping shape both (1) what our financial goals are and (2) how we will achieve them. The GTM Finance & Operations team owns key decisions around how we allocate and prioritize Ramp’s time and resources, and we are looking for a stellar Associate to quickly take on a large scope.This is a high-impact position and represents a truly unique opportunity to join one of the country’s fastest-growing, pre-IPO startups at a time when it is critical for us to build scalable financial and operational processes, tooling, and infrastructure.What You'll DoBuild and own detailed financial and operational models, ensuring the highest quality and accuracyDesign and implement processes & systems to support and scale one of the industry’s fastest-growing GTM organizationsIdentify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to relevant stakeholdersLead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcingUse data to influence and inform key strategic business, GTM, and Product decisionsPartner closely with operators and functional leaders to translate strategy into executionWhat You Need4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Operations, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-growth technology environmentExcellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skillsExtreme attention to detail with a high regard for precisionTrack record of developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partnersA “get things done” mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsComfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving prioritiesNice-to-HavesExpertise with Looker, SQL, and/or PythonBenefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for youPartially covered for your dependentsOne Medical annual membership401k (including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp)Flexible PTOFertility HRA ...
